HOUSES FOR SALE GREATER ACCRA
Finding property to buy in Ghana is as easy as visiting property portals such as meqasa.com. Despite it’s growing ubiquity with house hunting in the country, the majority of properties on the platform are concentrated in the Greater Accra region.
The Greater Accra region offers the best choices for properties for sale and for rent. From houses, apartments, office complexes, lands and mixed-use developments, the Greater Accra region has it all. It is also comparatively, the most expensive. This is not to say there aren’t any cheap options. Houses for sale in on the Oyarifa Road and other newly developing areas, for example, can range anywhere from as low as GH¢100,00 to as high as $500,000 on average.
The real estate options in terms of pricing and quality that exist in the Greater Accra region are varied, often shaped by their locations among other things. One of the best areas, for location and price to acquire property, is in the wider Spintex area. An especially interesting area to find houses for sale is in Tema. Tema, much like Spintex is a constantly evolving area. Properties in the old communities in Tema are mostly bought up, but newer communities, like Community 25 are hot on the market.
Some of the most coveted areas to buy property in the Greater Accra region include Cantonments, Labone, Airport Residential Area, East Legon, North Legon, West Legon, Roman Ridge, Achimota, Dzorwulu, Tema and Abelemkpe among others.
